Obama wins Monarchs' and Paul Westcott Show Presidential Bobble Election

Obama beat Romney by 17 bobbleheads.

MANCHESTER, N.H. — The Manchester Monarchs held a Presidential Bobble Election during Friday's game against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at the Verizon Wireless Arena.

The first 2,000 fans to arrive at the game got the opportunity to participate in the election by selecting either a President Barack Obama or Mitt Romney bobblehead. Each bobblehead had the candidate wearing a Monarchs jersey.

Obama beat Romney by 17 bobbleheads.

Four years ago, U.S. Sen. John McCain won the bobble election over Obama by 32 bobbleheads.
