Final appointments made to Medicaid commission
CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - The final four appointments have been made to a special commission studying the impact expanding Medicaid would have on New Hampshire.
Senate President Peter Bragdon on Wednesday named Republican Sens. Nancy Stiles and Andy Sanborn as the two senators and Charlie Arlinghaus, president of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, as his public member appointment.
Senate Democratic Leader Sylvia Larsen picked Sen. Peggy Gilmour as the Democratic senator.
The commission holds its organizational meeting Monday.
